Andy Osheroff, Ph.D., MBA
Andy is a dedicated advocate for leadership and organizational development with a mission to drive growth and positive change in educational and community-focused organizations.
Andy earned his Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Development, with dual concentrations in Leadership Education and Organizational Development. His research emphasizes enhancing organizational adaptability through effective team development, seamlessly blending scholarly expertise with real-world application.
With over seven years of experience in higher education administration, Andy has honed his skills in strategic planning, team building, and operational efficiency.
His leadership journey is marked by a commitment to improving organizational effectiveness, resulting in notable achievements such as serving as Principal Investigator for multi-million-dollar grant initiatives and launching innovative programs, including peer career advising and equity-focused internships.
Andy’s passion lies in empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential through collaborative leadership and sustainable development strategies.
