Peer Leadership Development Circles are facilitated groups focused on leadership growth. Participants develop their leadership skills through action learning while giving and receiving peer support.
CEL partners with organizations to develop strategic plans that align leadership development with organizational goals. We facilitate collaborative planning processes that engage stakeholders, clarify vision and values, and create actionable roadmaps. Our approach integrates leadership development principles to build organizational capacity while executing strategic initiatives.
These labs help teams and organizations navigate complexity. Using Complexity Leadership Theory (CLT) as our framework, we focus on three key areas: helping teams become more intentionally adaptable, understanding practical approaches to adaptability, and applying the CLT framework to enhance organizational adaptability.
CEL advances leadership development by evaluating and assessing leadership programs. We use a dialogical approach—meeting with leadership educator teams to understand their program goals, gathering relevant data through participant conversations, and offering actionable recommendations. We then support implementation to help leadership educators fulfill their mission.
